First Class Comfort Club - Cancellation Policy
The First Class Comfort Club membership is designed to provide ongoing peace of mind and value for your home’s HVAC, plumbing, and septic systems. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but understand that circumstances can change.
Membership Term: The First Class Comfort Club membership operates on a month-to-month basis, automatically renewing each month until cancelled.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your First Class Comfort Club membership at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via:

Effective Date of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current monthly billing cycle. This means you will retain your membership benefits until the last day of the month for which you have already paid. For example, if you are billed on the 5th of each month and cancel on the 15th, your membership benefits will continue until the 4th of the following month.
Refunds: As the membership operates month-to-month, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Loss of Benefits Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all exclusive First Class Comfort Club benefits will cease. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Priority service scheduling and the 24-hour service window
- All annual tune-ups and inspections (HVAC, Plumbing, Septic)
- The No HVAC Breakdown Guarantee
- Discounted rates on service repairs (15% off)
- Complimentary annual sewer drain camera inspection and free drain snaking
- Any accumulated credits towards future system replacements (100% of annual fees up to $600, or the 5% discount, will be forfeited)
Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding service charges or fees incurred while your membership was active must be paid in full upon cancellation.
Rejoining the Club: Should you choose to rejoin the First Class Comfort Club in the future, you will sign up as a new member, and any previously accrued credits towards replacements will not be reinstated.

We understand that life changes, and we want to ensure your comfort and benefits continue.
Transferring within Our Service Area: If you move to a new home within our current service area, your First Class Comfort Club membership can be seamlessly transferred to your new address. All your existing benefits, including your priority status and any accumulated credits towards replacements, will carry over to your new home, provided your membership remains active.
Transferring to a New Homeowner (Selling Your Home): If you sell your home and are moving outside of our service area, you have the valuable option to transfer your First Class Comfort Club membership to the new homeowner. This means:
- The new homeowner can continue the existing membership plan at their current rate.
- All your accumulated credits towards future system replacements will be transferred to the new homeowner. This can be a significant added value when selling your home!
How to Initiate a Transfer: To transfer your membership, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with details of your move or the sale of your home. We will guide you through the simple process and ensure a smooth transition of your benefits.
